Pomelo, strawberry, grape, kiwi and banana salad

Here is a dessert salad that is not lacking in freshness!

By combining grapefruit, bananas, grapes and strawberries, you bring in the right vitamins and flavors while adding color to your dessert.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 2 pomelo
  • 150 g of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 150 g of grape black
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 tbsp of powdered sugar

Start by cutting the 2 pomelos in 2 then remove the pulp, trying not to break it.

  • The inside of each half pomelo must be well cleaned because it will be used to serve the salad

Peel the banana

Wash the grapes

Wash and stem and strawberries

Peel the kiwi

Cut all the fruit into even sized pieces

Mix all the fruits and sprinkle with powdered sugar

Serve chilled
