Here is a recipe for original lasagna with cheese and sucrines for an amazing and delicious result.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna sheets
- 5 sucrines
- 250 g of faisselle
- 2 tbsp. of honey
- 3 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- 45 g semi-salted butter
- 30 g flour
- 60 cl of semi-skimmed milk
- 50 g grated Emmental
- 2 pinches of grated nutmeg
- Salt, freshly ground pepper

Lasagna, cheese and sucrines
- In a saucepan, make the roux: melt 30 g of butter, add the flour, and cook for a few minutes, stirring regularly.
Let the white roux cool.
- In a salad bowl, mix well the faisselle, honey, salt and pepper, and set aside.
- Wash, dry and mince the sucrines.
- In a frying pan, melt 15 g of butter and quickly cook the chopped sucrines. Reserve.
- Finish the béchamel: pour the hot milk over the cooled white roux. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Check the seasoning and adjust. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6)
- Assemble the lasagna: in a lightly buttered dish, pour a first layer of béchamel, add the lasagna then the cheese preparation, and the sucrines.
Repeat the operation by adding again the béchamel (there must be a little left to finish the lasagna), the lasagna, the cheese preparation, the sucrines and a final thin layer of béchamel.
- Sprinkle your dish with grated Emmental.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C (th.6)
