Baked potatoes are an interesting way to cook tender or floury potatoes.

As good in winter as in summer, this meal is light, simple and really delicious.

Here is the recipe for baked apples ...

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 4 beautiful potato (or more if there is a big appetite)
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of chive
  • 1 Fjord or 25 cl of sour cream
  • Salt pepper

Baked potatoes and smoked salmon recipe

The success of this recipe obviously lies in the cooking of the potatoes but also in the size of the latter. They must be large enough to hold well during cooking and have a soft core.

To accompany smoked salmon, preferably choose varieties with soft flesh such as Agata, Monalisa or Samba.

  • Preheat your oven to 200 °
  • Wash and dry the potatoes without removing the skin
  • Wrap each potato in aluminum foil
  • Bake and cook for 1h15 min
  • Take out 15 minutes before serving
  • Prepare the sauce with the chopped chives

When ready to serve, place a potato split in the center on each plate, lightly removing the aluminum foil.

Serve with 1 or 2 slices of smoked salmon, season with salt and pepper.
