Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 100 g of lenses
- 250 g of potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 celeriac
- 1 C. tablespoon butter
- 8 to 10 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- Cumin in powder,
- Freshly ground pepper,
- 150 g of fresh cream
- A few leaves of lemongrass.
Peel the potatoes, carrots and celeriac, dice them.
Heat the butter, add the lentils and vegetables. Bring them back.
Add 1 liter of water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Grind the velouté, add half the cream, soy sauce, cumin and pepper.
Pour the cream soup into bowls or plates, garnish with the rest of the crème fraîche and lemongrass leaves.
